Want quicker feet on your football lineman (or any football player?)
Give them a soccer ball!
Such a simple activity – the “Soccer Tap,” provides great footwork training, as well as some metabolic conditioning.
1. One foot must be on the ball when the other is on the floor.
2. Don’t lose control of the ball.
3. Move as quick as possible, while paying attention to rule 2.
Try 2-3 sets of 50-100 touches.
